THE SMALLEST ROOM IN THE WORLD
For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all. James 2:10
What is the smallest room in the world? The mushroom, of course. The smallest room in the spiritual world is James 2:10, because there is no room for error. Perfection in Glory is not relative, it is absolute.
Similarly, I love Spring. The weather gets warm again, the flowers return, and most of all, the mushrooms show up! My father-in-law first introduced me to morel mushrooms and how to hunt them. When a lady in my church found some in the church yard a few years ago, a new "hunger" was born inside me. Now, every Spring I am back out there in the pine trees hunting them.
The good thing about morels is that no other mushroom looks like them; that is, except for one variety. The false morel looks like the real thing to a novice hunter (I suggest you go online for important instructions in identification). One small mistake can be deadly, but accurate hunting is deliciously rewarding and can be financially profitable at $50 per pound.
Our God allows only perfection in heaven. A sinner might have the appearance of a saint, but the inside is full of dead men's bones, and it only takes a single sin to bring on total corruption. We must seek heaven, not by looking at the flesh, but in God's Word which is able to discern between good and evil (Hebrews 5:14).
